Los Arcos de Lacuna-Alzina 3+1P

If you dream about staying in a cosy village in a beautiful apartment with access to terrace and swimming pool, Los Arcos de Lacuna is the place for you.

Situated in a cosy village only 35 minutes from Vilafranca del Penedés, the capitol of the wine district Penedés, you will have a perfect and relaxed base, with the possibility of doing for instance hiking or cycling, and with Barcelona or the beaches of Costa Daurada within reasonable distance for half- or full day excursions.

Los Arcos de Lacuna-Alzina is an apartment for up to 4 persons with a big double room and a smaller double rooms sleeping 1-2 persons. The two bedrooms share a bathroom. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and sofa corner with TV and fireplace. If you would like to dine outside, you can use the shared roof terrace with a fantastic view. WIFI is available in the shared area in the ground floor.

Note about parking: sometimes, parking is available in the street, but if not, there is a public parking area 6-7 minutes away from the property.

Ground floor sitting room and dining area for breakfast

In the ground floor of the building, you will find a nice sitting/lobby area with a lot of touristic information. There is also the big dining room/restaurant, where you can have breakfast if ordered in advance.

Roof terraces with fantastic view

The roof has been made into several terrace areas, where you can enjoy your meals with a breathtaking view. There are also barbecues available.

Indoor pool area with small fitness room:

In the basement of the building, there has been made an cosy indoor, heated swimming pool and a Sauna, which can be used with no extra charge within the opening houses. There is also a small fitness room. As it is not so big, you book it for a time interval and have it to yourself.

Outdoor pool area with terraces:

About 50 meters from the apartments of Los Arcos de Lacuna, there has been made a little cozy outdoor swimming pool area in the frames of the medieval village. In connection to this, there is also some more terrace areas, again with utilities for barbecue. There are also toilets and changing rooms.

The cosy village:

Los Arcos de Lacuna is situated on the village square which is very beautiful. In the small streets of the village, you will also find a couple of restaurants, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy.

The surroundings:

Los Arcos de Lacuna is is situated in the mountains behind Costa Daurada surrounded by vinyards. In one direction, you can drive down to the beautiful beaches there and if you drive in the other direction, in 30 minutes you are in Vilafranca, the capitol of the wine district of Penedés and if you want, you can continue to Barcelona, which is about 1 hour 15 minutes away by car.

There area is excellent for hiking and also bicycling, if you do not mind some hills now and then. For longer excursion, for instance Universal Studios Port Aventura, the Monasteries of Santes Creus and Poblét and the cities of Tarragona and Reus offer very different experiences.
